The use of the internet and telephone for delivering mental health services from a distance is an emerging form of psychotherapy.  It became a necessity for many during the COVID-19 crisis.  We can discuss whether this may be a good modality for our meetings.  More insurance companies are beginning to accept this means of performing psychotherapy. Check with your company to determine if they will pay.

I prefer to use the secure and HIPAA compliant medical video-conferencing service Doxy.me, a dedicated telehealth service rather than Zoom and other common platforms.
